2008 Marqués de Cáceres Rioja - $9.99

Gorgeous deep ruby color. Yeasty and floral on the nose. Taste is delicate, dry and delicious with hints of baby strawberries. Light and fruity in the front, good hit of acid on the finish.

If you try only one rosé from Trader Joe's, make it this one.

  2. How'd you like this rosé? I noticed yesterday that TJ's carries a red by the same producer which I'm excited to pick up after tasting some delicious (non-TJ's) Riojas over the past weekend.

  5. You should not post this wine as a Rioja. Rioja is world-class full-bodied red wine made from tempranillo grapes. This should be listed as Marques de Caceres Rosé under the rosé section.
