For some reason, prior to drinking this cheapo Gewürzt, I thought the label contained the adjective "dry." Once the wine hit my mouth, I learned otherwise. Much too sweet for my enjoyment.
Dry is right. This Gewürzt brings an arid nose and a dry, but not puckering mouthfeel. The taste is minerally and long lasting with a splash of acidity and a hint of pear and green apple in the way back. A great white to have with some asian food. I drank my share with some TJ's chicken potstickers and Soy Vay Island Teriyaki. Delicious.
