If they bottled and sold a generic Chardonnay, and I mean really generic, this would be it. This Argentinean wine is nondescript and uneventful on all levels. Easily the most unexciting white wine I've had in a while. If nothing else, the one saving grace here is that this wine doesn't have even a hint of oak. Regardless, I'm over it.

I just found your blog. I am thrilled to have a personal wine advisor just a click away. I have jotted down some suggested labels for my Trader Joe's run this evening. I will keep watching your blog to see if you find a diamond in the rough chardonnay. Something buttery, oak, full in the mouth...maybe too good to be true at a coveted TJ price.
